Hi my name is Amelia. Currently open Yogidoyoga studio and yoga instructor at Form Studio Cipinang (@formstudio.id) since 2022. Been practicing yoga since 2017 and graduated from House of Om online 200hrs YTT in 2021. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, Mental Wellness, Kids Yoga. Doing yoga is not just a physical movement but also giving value for mental health and each aspects in life. For me it's the way how to know and accept myself even better. Also i believe that everyone has its own pace so let's celebrate the transformation together !
