Tarra is a certified Yoga Teacher from One Song Yoga by Denise Payne. She fell in love with Yoga and love to practice since 2018 and then she always consistent and passionate about practicing yoga so finally she decided to take YTT 200Hr.
She wants Yoga to be enjoyed by everyone without fear and still know that you will be sweating after her class.

Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. Because of dynamic movement, the postures in power yoga help to develop body strength and stability.
