I began my yoga journey in 2019 just before the pandemic; it became a support system and a path to her self-discovery. I view yoga as a way of life that promotes harmony, resilience, and joy both on and off the mat.
Driven by a desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others, i aim to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all practitioners, regardless of their experience level. My teaching emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and find their own rhythm.
