Doggo Rules:
– Only small sized dogs are allowed (max. size is a Corgi)
– Dogs must be older than 4 months old
– Dogs must have a complete vaccination (Required to submit a photo of dog’s vaccination card to our admin)
– Dogs must be healthy, no fleas, ticks and mites
– Dogs must be comfortable in a social leash-free setting and not aggressive to other dogs
– Please bring your own dog diaper and poop bag
– Please supervise your dogs at all times

A beginner friendly yoga class for those who's just starting out in their journey or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen their practice.

Explore mindful movements as you embark on a hatha - vinyasa style yoga class. A combination of finding your breath in your asanas and moving with your breath through each movements.

Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. Because of dynamic movement, the postures in power yoga help to develop body strength and stability.

Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that synchronizes breath, movement and music. Music is the fundamental framework to build one creative flow. It is like singing a song with your body, fluidly moving from one yoga asana to the next and while flowing to the beat of the music, you find yourself flowing to the beat of your heart bringing you more and more in a meditative state called flow state of the mind.

Ashtanga yoga adalah latihan fisik dinamis yang menghubungkan gerakan tubuh dengan napas. Metode ini menekankan latihan pada serangkaian gerakan. Ada enam rangkaian urutan ashtanga yoga, yang akan dilalui oleh setiap orang dengan kecepatan mereka sendiri.
