After exploring different styles of yoga, i decided to become a certified yoga teacher in 2022.
I love to motivating and encouraging the students to step up of their comfort zone and be their best self.
Always give an option and challenge for the students so they can learning about their body and enjoying the process.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
