Hi Im Jenn 200 hr CYT from One Song Yoga, at first i started yoga because I'm looking for a good activity and that can be done anywhere in order to keep my positive mind. However, i began practicing yoga constantly and unexpectedly because of Yoga, i sense a lot of benefits for myself, one of them is to cure my insomnia.
Throughout the time i learn more from private lessons, workshops and studios. Having more than just supports from my family, yoga friends and teacher to join the teacher training programs, which lead my way to become a yoga teacher.
In my class i want everyone to love your body, trust yourself and enjoy the process without fear. Dont think just do it within your limits.
Hatha yoga is perfect for beginners who just started yoga practice. Hatha is the the umbrella term of all physical posture in yoga. It focuses on total mastery of physical body (bodily function included), activating chakras, and promoting spiritual and physical wellness.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. Because of dynamic movement, the postures in power yoga help to develop body strength and stability.
