Alyssa Chairiena have been practicing Yoga since 2016 as a form to express herself. After getting certifications from Dini Yoga for 200h Vinyasa CYT and 50h Yin CYT, she has been teaching in studios since 2018 and now opens her home for weekly practice. She is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist.

Yin yoga is slow-paced style of yoga. Each movement and postures in this class usually held longer, between 3 to 7 minutes. Yin yoga is perfect for beginners and perfect for those who wants to try meditative yoga practice to find inner peace.
