Adinda is a certified Yoga teacher both in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow (200 hrs by the Power of Now Oasis, Bali - RYS). Since then, She has been teaching yoga in private class and public at a studio in Jakarta. Her style is more dynamic yet still mindfulness.
