I started yoga at 2014, and became 200hr yoga teacher from yogamix at 2019, and i upgrade to 500hr yin yoga teacher from yin yoga world at 2022. My classes include basic, hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga, wheel yoga, gentle yoga.
