Chika is a Mother of two boys. She took her yoga teacher training in Bali for 200hours and since then she continues to see progress in her strength and flexibility (both physical and mentally). On the same year, she also took Kundalini yoga teacher training in Bali.
Her teaching always include meditations, vinyasa flow and a bit of inversion.. In her class, students can express themselves freely with her supervision.
