Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is a hybrid style that blends elements of both Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, offering a balanced and versatile practice. It combines the deliberate, alignment-focused approach of Hatha Yoga with the fluid, breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa Yoga.
In the class we will combine static postures (Hatha) and sequences that flow from one pose to another (Vinyasa).
We will focus on connecting breath to movement while maintaining awareness of proper posture.
