The Primary Series includes four types of poses and begins with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) A&B, the Foundation Sequence, the Fundamental Poses, the Series A Poses(Yoga Cikitsa), and the Finishing Sequence. It is a fixed sequence of Standing, Sitting, Finishing Sequence, and the Final Three ( Concentration, Meditation, and Absorption).
