As a fitness, sports, and wellness platform with a large audience with interests in yoga and its variations, it’s only appropriate for us to celebrate International Yoga Day with an online festival titled EXHALE: A Celebration of Wellness, Health, & Inner Peace.
This year’s International Yoga Day is themed “Yoga at home and Yoga with Family”. The Indian Ministry of AYUSH wants to encourage us to stay motivated at home and adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing exercise and yoga. This year, STRONGBEE chose “Exhale” as the title of our event to remind yogis everywhere to take a deep breath and let it out.
