In 30-60 minutes, a mid to high-intensity level class can burn up to 300 to 900 calories. You can see significant results by taking two to three classes per week.

Zumba is a combination of dance and fitness moves performed with a backdrop of Latin and other music. All parts of your body will be trained throughout the class.

We advise you not to eat a full meal at least three hours before your class. But don’t forget to drink lots of water before. After the class, it is also mandatory to drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
