Zaenal started his career of fitness as a Personal Trainer in 2007 in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, and moved to jakarta in 2018 to entered Fitness first and 20 fit . His specialty : Functional training, Crossfit, Fat loss, Weight gain, Muay thai, Kickboxing, and TRX.
CrossFit is a form of varied, high-intensity, functional movement fitness programs to reach their goals. Mainly, it is a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting.
Muay Thai is a close combat martial arts originated from Thailand. This sport uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is characterized by combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins; utilizing every part of the body in both attack and defense mode.
Kickboxing is a form of martial art that combines boxing with karate style kicks. Kickboxing emphasizes on powerful movement and shown to improve fitness, power, flexibility, and agility. Kickboxing training tends to involve short yet intense and repetitive movement.
Functional Training is an exercise to improve daily life movement such as pulling, pushing, hinging, squatting, rotating and so on. Specific functional training also available for injured patients to regain function and back to daily living activities.
