Classical Pilate is series of exercise passed down from Joseph Pilates. This exercise designed to strengthen body and mind, creating and improving strong core muscle. This exercise includes a mat, reformer, and some equipments (if required). Suitable for any ages and can be done anywhere.
Contemporary pilates is modern version of Classical pilates. The difference is contemporary pilates uses modified movement pattern and props inclusion. The goal of this exercise is to strengthen core muscle, improved flexibility, balance, and posture.
