As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, I graduated from LearnYoga@GudangGudang program, where I deepened my knowledge of breathwork and mindful movement. Currently, I teach at Southside Yoga Studio Cinere and Cosmic Bintaro, offering a dynamic blend of Hatha and Vinyasa practices. My approach is centered on helping students connect with their breath, find balance, and move with intention.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
