Sintha teaches Hatha and Vinyasa. With 4 years of experience in teaching yoga, she helps her student to enjoy every breath and pose with focus, and teaches her students to appreciate every process consistently and with patience, as well as to love their unique bodies without comparing to others. She believes every poses will achieve itself when the body is ready enough. She teaches private, group, public (Gudang Gudang Yoga Studio) as well as corporate classes. She loves to explore all possibilities from flexibility, open-hip, balance, inversion, backbend and also twisting.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
