Rahma’s yoga journey began in 2017 as a university student, and she continued her practice while working as a corporate lawyer in Jakarta from 2020 until mid-2024. In July 2024, she completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Joga Yoga Bali, a Registered Yoga School.
Amidst her current career transition, Rahma is deeply committed to expanding her yoga practice by teaching and sharing the magic of yoga with people around her. Aside from yoga, she is also an avid surfer and long-distance runner - which has deepened her belief in the power of cross-training to achieve an individual’s highest physical and mental potential.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
