In my journey of recovery from physical and mental issues, besides going to medical professionals and psychologist for advice I realize I need to take responsibility over my healing journey as no one will care about me more than me. I have learned many things such as Health Meditation, Trauma Releasing Exercise, Writing down your soul Journaling, and I found the fastest way to clear my mind and help me to have a positive outlook in life was having an Access Bars Session. Also, the person doing it for me don’t need to know what I am dealing with for it to work. So if you are a private person , I got you covered!
