Yoga was the first job where Luzi turned following career as a white-collar worker, who was practicing "Mobile office" for years and years. Which is well known for high risk of lower back pain. However Luzi's declared this is not a happy thing to have and definitely there is natural way to ease this. Then she started attending daily yoga class. Follow by to Teacher Training Course to deepen her knowledge of movement, Breathe, Meditation and the theory behind each. Her yoga practice has been deeply influenced by each class, teacher training course and workshop she has attended in the past 15 years.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
