Passionate in wellness for the mind, Izabel Jahja had started yoga since 2012 and decided to join in Yoga Alliance Instructor (YACEP) (RYS) training of 200 hours in 2017, followed with yoga education courses tune ups for another 110 hours from International teachers such as Dylan Werner, Olivia Tüscher and Noah Mazé. In 2019, Izabel completed another 100 hours in Mindful Birth Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth and Baby (RYPT).
Teaches from her heart with techniques in breathing and relaxation in Pranayama, to motivate everyone finding their own inner peace and their healthiest self. Since the pandemic, with her two yoga partners, Izabel conducts meditation and gentle yoga for pre and post pregnancy.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
Prenatal yoga is designed exclusively for pregnant women. Prenatal yoga can help moms-to-be emotionally and physically. Prenatal yoga posture focuses on pelvic floor work, breathing, and helps mothers prepare for labor and delivery; prenatal yoga will also help and improves bonding between the mothers and the baby.
