Inez has been doing yoga regularly since 2017 and received 200Hrs certification from Udana Yoga Academy Bali (RYS 200 Yoga Alliance) in 2021. She also recieved Yoga for Scoliosis certification in 2022. She is also a certified Reiki Master and Access Bars practitioner.
Her class is beginner friendly, rooted in Hatha yoga, includes a short meditation and breath exercise to raise whole body awareness.
