Pilates is the art of controlled movements, a core focused total body workout emphasizes on the connection between the breathing, spinal alignment, pelvic stability and precise movement that can improves the posture, core strength, coordination, mobility as well as flexibility. Pilates works in strengthening, isolating and stabilizing rather than crushing a high reps and creating muscle exhaustion.
Functional Training is an exercise to improve daily life movement such as pulling, pushing, hinging, squatting, rotating and so on. Specific functional training also available for injured patients to regain function and back to daily living activities.
