Came across to the practice of Yoga at 2015. All along yoga has been a love language that’s very dear to my heart. I completed 200hr teacher training at Radiantly Alive, Ubud. 50hr hands on adjustment training with Byron from Going Pro Yoga, 50hr YIN with Nyoman Wahyuni from Yin Yoga World. My offerings is rooted from my own practice of self study, meditation, yoga-asana, pranayama, movements & intention.
