Fika is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 with Yoga Alliance, she has her yoga certification from House Of Om School Bali.
Fika began practicing yoga since 2017 during her life journey in Bali and has been comitted to yoga ever since. For her, yoga is a life changing in one's body, mind and soul. She is willing to share her knowledge and awareness towards well-being and mindfullness during yoga practice.

Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. Because of dynamic movement, the postures in power yoga help to develop body strength and stability.
