I started practicing Yoga in 2010 when I was a resident in New York City. I was a member of Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga/Hatha, I also held a membership at various yoga studios such as Jivamukti Yoga, Yoga to the People dan S. Dharma Mitra Yoga up to 2018. When I returned home to Indonesia, I continue my Yoga practice at Celebrity Fitness with Farid and other studios with various instructors, to name a few such as Arief Sentosa, Slamet Riyanto, and Uci Wijayanto, while taking various Yoga teaching training.

Jivamukti yoga is vinyasa style yoga with vigorous asana (poses) with five tenets: shastra, bhakti, ahims?, n?da, and dhyana. Jivamukti yoga helps to understand deeper immersion in a cultivated lifestyle that involves peace, patience and calmness.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
Yin yoga is slow-paced style of yoga. Each movement and postures in this class usually held longer, between 3 to 7 minutes. Yin yoga is perfect for beginners and perfect for those who wants to try meditative yoga practice to find inner peace.
Hatha yoga is perfect for beginners who just started yoga practice. Hatha is the the umbrella term of all physical posture in yoga. It focuses on total mastery of physical body (bodily function included), activating chakras, and promoting spiritual and physical wellness.
Gentle flow yoga is slow pace yoga class that synchronizes movement with breath to find balance and connection between mind and body. This yoga is designed to reduce stress, relax the mind, and rejuvenate body.
