Elle Sirilak is KPJAYI Authorized Level 2.
Based in Bangkok she regularly teaches in Europe and Asia. Among the highlights of her international work are assisting Sharath Jois in Mysore and Laruga Glaser in Purple Valley, Goa. Her breadth of experience has provided valuable exposure to many body types and mentalities.
She is noted for her understanding of the female body and for helping female students reach their full potential in the Ashtanga practice.
Elle first studied yoga in 2006, and in 2007 she made her first of many journeys to Mysore to study with Sri.K.Pattabhi jois and Sharath.In 2014 Sharath gave her blessing to share her ashtanga passion as authorized level 2.

Ashtanga yoga is a tradional yoga, with progressive series of postures synchronizes with breath. There are three key principles of Ashtanga yoga: breath, drishti (focal point) and the asana. Ashtanga yoga is rather vigorous exercise and perfect for one who want dynamic and intense yoga practice.
