Dini is a native of Jakarta who has been practicing yoga for over 19 years. She was originally drawn to yoga as a form of a peaceful exercise for mind and body following her retirement as an Indonesian national swimmer. Her interest in yoga eventually grew to a desire to teach others. She studied a variety of yoga including Power yoga, Jiva Mukti, Synergy Yoga, Vibrant Living Yoga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Sun Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, acroyoga and Ashtanga. Dini ran a successful yoga studio and RYS 200 in jakarta, indonesia certifying 69 yoga teachers into the local yoga community.

Yoga for Children is a form of yoga designed especially for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga for children intended to have fun and enjoyable environment.
Both Yin and Restorative forms of yoga asana are slow-paced. They enable you to move slowly and focus on maybe 10 different poses. Both forms of practice calm the mind and nervous system, enable you to turn inward, and focus on the breath.
