Diah is experience as hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher. She was completing her 200hrs teacher training in Purinawa Yoga School at 2022. Diah been practicing yoga since 2019, and decided to bring her love of yoga practice into teaching. She wants to share the benefits of yoga to other people.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
