Rei means spiritual consciousness. This is the wisdom that comes from God, the Universe, the Higher Self or whatever you want to name it. It understands each person completely. It knows the cause of all problems and difficulties and knows what to do to heal them. Ki or Qi or Prana is Life Force. This is the non-physical energy that annimates all living things. If your Life Force is low, or if there is a restriction in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness.
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
