Debbie started Yoga as her safe space to wrestle with her emotions and wellbeing. She is grateful to have crossed paths with teachers who have influenced her life and teaching in various ways.She shared her personal experience as part of her teaching and reminded herself to continue to be gentle and compassionate, focusing on the breath, letting go and letting be, which encompasses the essence of the Yin yoga practice.

Yin yoga is slow-paced style of yoga. Each movement and postures in this class usually held longer, between 3 to 7 minutes. Yin yoga is perfect for beginners and perfect for those who wants to try meditative yoga practice to find inner peace.
