I start as a Yoga & Pilates regular Practioner since 2012 and then take a course to become a Pilates Instructor in 2017 and Yoga Teacher in 2018 and still wants to continue to learn more and share my Knowledge to other people while still practice regular also

Pilates works in strengthening, isolating and stabilizing rather than crushing a high reps and creating muscle exhaustion.
