She completed in excess of 200 Hours of Training with House of Om Bali as a Certified Yoga Teacher. And has recently teaching through online platform.

Meditation is state of pure consciousness. Breathing is the easiest way to begin meditation. The goal is to go to beyond mind and experience essential nature, which mostly described as peace. Usually in class students are led by teacher to do meditation - sitting or other variety of meditation such as standing or walking.
