April is a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher from Dini Yoga School.
She completed her teacher training in 2021 and has been teaching in studios, for private and corporate since then. Her style of teaching is mainly Vinyasa, where students will flow in powerful sequences, while at the same time providing options so the class is accessible for everyone. Through Yoga, she hopes her students could improve their physical and mental health, and be more comfortable in their own body.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
