Amanda is a Jakarta based RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance). She graduated her 200H YTT in 2018 from Dini Yoga School and currently pursuing her 300H YTT from Aligned Yoga with Briohny Smyth. She has been teaching since in various studios like Breathe, Mood, Jeda Wellnest, Anicca, Laca & others.
Amanda began practicing yoga back in 2012 while working in a corporate world doing Finance. In 2015, she resigned from her work to focus more on yoga and her family.
It always satisfy her to see her students grow and that what keeps motivating her to teach yoga. Catch her class to get some firey and challenging vinyasa flow!
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
