Amanda trained in various genres of dance, from classical ballet, contemporary, to hip hop. She started dancing at the age of 4 by taking ballet classes. In 2012, she started dancing professionally for various events on & off air, and occasionally choreographed too. With her team, Hola'Ladies they won various dance competitions, and gain reputation in the dance scene. Since 2016, she started teaching adult & kids, mainly ladies style/jazz funk and hip hop.
Cardio dance is a aerobic workout to toning and shaping your muscles through specific movement and low-impact movement by following music or rhythm.
