Barre is a dynamic total body workout combining pilates principles with ballet movement, also a hint element of strength training and yoga. through full range of movements, isometric holds and tiny pulses while maintaining a neutral spine alignment and pelvic stability, barre benefits to improve your posture, strengthen the core, to tone the big as well as small muscle group. it’s challenging and exciting at the same time.
Pilates is the art of controlled movements, a core focused total body workout emphasizes on the connection between the breathing, spinal alignment, pelvic stability and precise movement that can improves the posture, core strength, coordination, mobility as well as flexibility. Pilates works in strengthening, isolating and stabilizing rather than crushing a high reps and creating muscle exhaustion.
