Certified 500 hours yoga teacher training. Started yoga since 2012 and never stop since. I believe yoga is a safe space for everyone and every body. With patience and process we will be surprised about what our body capable to do. There is no rush in yoga. Just take your time, breathe, and have a lot of fun!
