TAPA MOVEMENT


Yogalisthenics is a combination of yoga, strength training, and calisthenics. Here, yoga focuses on power yoga to train strength, endurance, flexibility, and breath control while preserving the essence of traditional yoga. Strength training aims to increase muscle mass and body strength, while calisthenics enhances coordination and balance. These three types of exercise are integrated in Yogalisthenics to support each other, allowing people of all levels to participate without any pressure.
