I've been practicing yoga since 2018 and graduated from RYT 200 at Dini Yoga. I primarily practice Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, and also enjoy Gentle Slow Flow. I practice everywhere I can, whether it's a short 10 minutes or a full 90 minutes. You'll find me most often in my yoga gear on my mat or, beside that, in the kitchen baking cakes.
