Aska found Yoga as her best remedy after she felt better with her serious lower back pain in early 2011. Practice yoga is part of her life journey as it helps her to heal injury.
Through her experience in yoga, she completing her 200hr YTT with LYGG, she wants to share her knowledge and the beauty of yoga to her students. She believes that through mindful of yoga practice, we can more aware with our body.
