This class offers new mothers a supportive space to practice gentle yoga and bond with their babies. It focuses on postnatal recovery, strengthening, and relaxation through yoga poses, baby-friendly exercises, and interactive activities. We end with 10 minutes baby massage techniques for your baby's comfort and health.
