Kelas ini merupakan kelas dimana kamu akan melatih seluruh otot tubuh baik otot besar atau otot kecil (Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, Core, Leg).
Perpaduan antara bodyweigth dan resistance training yg menggunakan beban tambahan seperti dumbbell, kettlebell dll.
Feel Good Friends akan menggunakan format AMRAP/EMOM /PYRAMID (Reps/Time based)
