Healing Class can fasilitate your recovery in stress, traumatic that disturb your daily life by combining mindfulness, yoga, and trauma informed care for your recovery. Facilitated by Psychologist and trauma specialist, in safe manner, we are trying to  assist you   into a  recovery, resilience and personal growth

Individual Counseling with Psychologist
Sometimes we find challenge, things that we want to share, asses, find solution to make our life getting better or easier

Mindful eating is one way method to focus on your eating through psychological, mindful way; so we can achieve fat loss.  Session usually consist of mindfulness, psychoeducation and shape your resilience behavior.

One alternative way to treat or stabilize trauma is using movement such as yoga, movement and other relaxation and sensation technique that focus to reduce the trauma symptom

Self Love Meditation
Learning to love yourself again, listening your inner, understanding, and embracing yourself

We have been growing as an active and productive adult; but sometimes our inner child is still present in ourselves. Inner child wound can restrict your quality of life. This session helps you to understand, listen, and soothe our inner child wound by inner child meditation; somatic movement and stabilize relaxation
