This beginner-friendly vinyasa class introduces the fundamentals of Sirsasana (Headstand) in a safe, accessible, and supportive way. We’ll flow through strength-building postures, shoulder and core activations, and guided drills to prepare your body and mind for going upside down. With plenty of props, modifications, and step-by-step instruction, this class is perfect for anyone curious about headstands or working on building the confidence to try. No previous inversion experience required—just a playful spirit and an open mind.
