YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga class is a slow, meditative practice designed to calm the mind, nourish the body, and restore your inner balance. We might use the support of yoga props such as bolsters or blocks to create space, comfort, and deep release. In this class, you’ll hold postures for several minutes while focusing on the deeper tissues of the body.
