A 75 minutes class, combination between active stretch & strength at the same time (Yang) and passive stretch (Yin).
We will start with Yang first (Hatha) then counter it with 20 minutes of Yin Yoga (aiming to lower down the energy, preparation for rest).
You will get the benefit not only for your muscle but also working on your yin tissue (bones, joints, ligaments, tendons,etc).
What to prepare: blocks, bolster, strap.
