"Standing Balance" is a steady and focused yoga class designed to strengthen your foundation, improve stability, and refine your sense of body awareness. Through a series of standing postures like Tree, Warrior III, Eagle, and Dancer, you'll build focus, control, and confidence—on and off the mat.
