This slow flow practice will help you to relax and rejuvenate and walk away feeling extra good. Move slowly through a warm up to open the spine, side body, chest and shoulders. We will incorporate a few twists, hip/hamstring stretches and shoulder openers in the main sequence. Cool down with wide legged forward fold, side lunge, supine twist and a deeply relaxing savasana.
